Disclaimer

Effective date: 1 July 2026

The information published on indiandecode.com (the “Site”) is provided by Indian Decode for general informational and consumer-education purposes. This page explains the limits of that information so you can use it wisely.

1. General information only

All articles, buying guides, comparisons, how-tos, and top lists on the Site reflect our research, analysis, and opinion at the time of publication. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

2. Prices and availability change fast

We publish prices in Indian rupees based on public listings on official brand pages and mainstream Indian retailers (Flipkart, Amazon.in, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and others) at the time of writing. Prices in India change constantly due to sale events, tariff revisions, GST changes, and inventory fluctuations. Always verify the current price on the retailer’s page before purchasing. We are not liable for price differences you encounter after publication.

3. Specifications and product information

Product specifications are drawn from manufacturer data sheets and official brand pages. Manufacturers may revise specifications, and regional variants (Indian units versus global units) can differ in RAM, storage, band support, or bundled software. We flag known variants where possible but cannot guarantee every regional difference is captured.

4. Not financial or investment advice

Any discussion of business models, valuations, tariff economics, or telecom pricing is journalistic analysis, not investment or financial advice. Do not make investment, trading, or major financial decisions based on our articles. Consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor for personalised guidance.

5. Not legal, tax, or regulatory advice

Articles that touch on GST, business registration, MSME/Udyam, compliance, or Indian regulations summarise publicly available information from official sources such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GST portal, RBI, TRAI, and CERT-In. Laws and rules change, and specific situations vary. For your own filings, registrations, or compliance obligations, consult a qualified chartered accountant, company secretary, or lawyer.

6. Not medical or safety advice

Coverage of wearables, health-tracking devices, or air quality monitors is a consumer-product perspective. It is not medical advice. Consult a licensed medical professional for health decisions.

7. Editorial opinion

Recommendations reflect our editorial judgment based on the evidence available to us at the time. Reasonable people, and other publications, may reach different conclusions. Your needs, budget, and use case matter — treat our picks as informed starting points, not final answers.

8. Testing limitations

We do not claim to test every product in every article to laboratory standards. Where hands-on impressions are shared, we say so. Where analysis is based on published specifications, benchmarks, and cross-referenced reviews, we say so. If a specific claim in an article is unclear about its evidentiary basis, please email us at admin@indiandecode.com and we will clarify or correct.

9. External links

The Site links to external resources, including manufacturer pages, retailer listings, government portals, and other publications, so readers can verify our work and go deeper. We do not control or endorse the content of external sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or practices.

10. No affiliate or sponsorship influence

Indian Decode does not currently run affiliate links, sponsored posts, or paid placements. Our editorial choices are not influenced by advertisers or brand relationships. If this changes, we will disclose it clearly on the relevant article and update this page.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian Decode, its founders, editors, and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your reliance on any information published on the Site. You use the information at your own risk.

12. Fair use and copyright

Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced in our articles remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification, description, and commentary in accordance with fair-use principles under Indian copyright law.

13. Contact for corrections

If you spot a factual error, an outdated price, a broken link, or a claim that needs clarification, please email admin@indiandecode.com with the article URL and the specific issue. Our correction policy is documented on the Editorial Policy page.
